Arrow Energy Indigenous Scholarship Program
The Arrow Energy Indigenous Scholarship Program will support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students to gain qualifications at JCU and provide employment pathways. It comprises two scholarship types, The Arrow Energy Resource Sector Indigenous Scholarship and The Arrow Energy Indigenous Scholarship. Information Sheet
Open to: Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students enrolling at JCU.
Value: $10,000 each

John and Janice King Bursary
Open to: Papua New Guinean citizens and holders of a student visa, who are enrolled as a full-time student within the Faculty of Medicine, Health and Molecular Sciences for an Award of the University.
Value: $3,000 or such amount as the Selection Committee determine from time to time in the form of money, books, equipment, or payment for residential accommodation.Closing Date: Accepted any time. Application Form
Mark Patterson Memorial Bursary
Open to: candidates who are enrolled in a BSc (Honours) degree or a doctorate underdaking research in animal or human immunology.Closing Date: to be advised. Application Form
Robert Logan Memorial Grants
Open to: honours and postgraduate students in Biochemistry.
Value: determined by the Selection Committee from time to time, to a total not exceeding $4,000 in one year.Closing Date: to be advised. Application Form
Samuel & Eileen Gluyas Fellowship [PG]
Open to: Masters and Doctorate students who are conducting research in relation to diseases of cattle, breeding of cattle or general cattle husbandry.
Value: approximately $18,000 per annum.Closing Date: to be advised. Application Form
Thelma Myers Memorial Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Nursing Scholarship [PG]
Open to: students who are registered nurses and who are of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent.
Value: currently $7,000.Closing Date: closed. Application Form
Tom and Dorothy Cook Fellowship in Tropical Health [PG]
Open to: candidates who hold a suitable degree in a health related or other relevant discipline who undertakes research which will lead to the strategic research direction of the School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.
