full-time position with Development and Alumni Affairs; 37.5 hours per week; Monday – Friday
The Office of External Affairs includes Development, Communications and Marketing, and Finance and Administration.
The award-winning Communications and Marketing team provides strategic communications, external and internal communications, and marketing services for the School across a variety of digital and print platforms. This includes brand and identity management, digital strategies and web services, editorial and content strategies, visual communication, media and public relations, social media and integrated marketing campaigns.

Work with Communications and Marketing Team within the Office of External Affairs and report to the Director of Digital Strategy. Responsible for production, modification and maintenance of websites and web applications. Work in an integrated manner with other communication and marketing positions and with the development/fundraising and constituent relations team. Work on projects for OEA and for internal clients across the School. (The office and this position focus on several key audiences including faculty, staff, students, alumni, donors, prospective students, affiliated and unaffiliated friends of the School.)
Working closely with the Director of Digital Strategy, will be responsible for working directly with internal clients to help meet their needs. Ensure overall quality and consistency of the School’s brand with an aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail, including consistency cross-browser and cross-platform, and adherence to W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0, Level AA. Transform Sketch/Photoshop mock-ups to HTML layouts styled with CSS to build emails, web templates and web pages. Administer and support web-based content management system, SiteExecutive. Develop and implement mobile-friendly solutions using a mobile-first, responsive design approach as needed. Work with outside vendors and consultants to help produce additional projects.
