What We're Looking For

The Undergraduate Program Coordinator in Mathematics position directly supports the Undergraduate Program Director on all matters related to the undergraduate program and provides support as needed in the Mathematics Office. 

A bachelor's degree, two years of relevant work experience and an active Christian faith are required. Four years of experience is preferred.

Additional education or experience may be considered in lieu of one another.

Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time basis. 

What You Will Do

  • Support all areas of the Math department’s undergraduate program. 
  • Work directly with the Undergraduate Program Director.
  • Manage all aspects of course scheduling, program meetings and events.
  • Manage recordkeeping of course catalogs, program purchases and student exams in compliance with Baylor policy.
  • Manage program communication including student interactions and program websites.
  • Manage all aspects of student transfer credits in the program.
  • Provide backup support to administrative functions of the office scheduling and events as needed by the department Chair.
  • Collaborate with department staff on management and planning of events. 
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of applicable University tools and systems. 
  • Interface with students, faculty, administration, and visitors to support Baylor’s mission. 
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission.
  • Ability to comply with University policies.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
