Position Summary | This recruitment will be used to fill two part-time (a maximum of 24 hours per week) front desk for the talent management at Oregon State University (OSU). The primary responsibility of the student worker is to provide backup to the Foundation’s front desk which includes greeting visitors, answering, and transferring phone calls and providing support to Foundation staff members related to tasks associated with the front desk operations. This position also provides support for the Talent Management Team related to Foundation wide events and activities and may provide support to projects and recruiting efforts. |

A reduced course load is approved by the Office of International Services (OIS), and must be provided to the Student Employment Center. |
Additional Required Qualifications | Must be a student at Oregon State University and have a general understanding of office practices. Be able to handle interpersonal relationships maturely, thoughtfully, and empathetically, including the ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Be able to do manual labor and carry 5-20 lbs. Work Schedule – This is a part-time position working up to 20 hours per week. This position’s main workdays are Monday and Friday between 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. An additional day or hours can be added if 20 hours per week is desired, and work is available. Additional hours during summer break are available. The work location for this position is on-site in the Foundation’s Corvallis office. |
