Join our dynamic team as a Sr. Program Coordinator, who is responsible for providing clerical and receptionist support for our department. Your role will involve coordinating student registration and facilitating transfer credit approvals. Additionally, you'll be responsible for maintaining and organizing department records and databases, assigning students to faculty advisors, and offering guidance on university policies and procedures to both students and faculty.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage clerical and receptionist duties for the department.
  • Coordinate student registration and facilitate transfer credit approvals.
  • Maintain and organize department records and databases.
  • Assign students to faculty advisors and provide guidance on university policies and procedures.
  • Update and manage department website content.
  • Create outward-facing media for the department.
  • Assist with various departmental statistics.
  • Maintain schedules for proprietary space bookings.
  • Handle incoming faculty and departmental requests as appropriate.
  • Train and supervise student employees.

  • Two years of college or equivalent. B.A./B.S. preferred.
  • One to three years of relevant experience.
