This position will support the New Jersey Healthworks Grant that is managed by our Continuing Education department.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Data Collection/Entry
- Follows data quality standards and works with consortium partners to ensure standards are met
- Ensures quality data collection techniques are established for reporting partners within their institutions
- Assists reporting partners with set-up, testing, and implementation of data collection software as required
- Troubleshoots data submission errors and data error issues
- Enters data as needed including but not limited to participant, business, employment etc.
- Assists with data collection and evaluation methodologies, including format design, project criteria and requirements, data compilation, relevancy and usage.
Data Reporting and Analysis
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, annual and end of project/grant data reports for distribution
- Develops ad-hoc reports as necessary
- Assists in preparation of data for presentations where needed
- Shares data with other State and Federal partners, as directed
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience and Skills:
- Familiarity with grant-funded program reporting requirements, social services and healthcare industry
- Understands and ensures privacy law and standards
- Understands LMS or other relevant data management systems (Salesforce, Colleague, other)
- Principles and practices of data management, data collection, data utilization, data validation
- Limited supervision, must be independent self-starter
- Report designs
- Presenting data to others to convey information
- Database Management
- Microsoft Office Suite
