Description | The Human Resources (HR) and Title IX and Civil Rights Compliance teams at the University of New England provide a variety of support systems and development opportunities helping to retain a talented workforce working to foster a productive environment. Under the supervision of the Employee Relations & Talent Development Manager, the Learning and Development Specialist will work in partnership to support the growth and development of our employees. This role will manage the training curriculum for professional staff and faculty by designing and implementing learning strategies for the UNE community. Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, HR Management, Communication, or a related field is required. This position requires 2-4 years of experience, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.
