Shift
Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Other days and times as needed.
Job Summary
Looking for a highly motivated individual to join in our research group focused on diabetes research. The position provides an exciting opportunity to work with basic and translational research at the University of Kentucky.
Perform and document a variety of laboratory experiments and procedures using established protocols.Order all lab supplies following established regulations. The candidate is expected to carry out the daily activities of the laboratory. The candidate must be willing to work flexible hours as necessary.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Required previous experience working within a basic laboratory environment.
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No
Preferred Education/Experience
Medical experience and Bachelor’s degree preferred.
