Minimum Requirements:

Commonwealth of Kentucky Journeyman license, Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Certification and three years of related experience. Valid driver's license, insurable by University insurance carrier, police record check and employment physical. and must be insurable by the University's insurance carrier.

Position Description:

Install, repair and troubleshoot any equipment pertaining to air conditioning and heating systems. Install and service refrigeration equipment, and various other specialized equipment such as: Autoclaves, Environmental boxes and Computer Climate Conditioning equipment. Install and repair steam and chilled water systems, pumps and boilers. Lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, crawl when necessary. Perform other related duties as assigned. 

Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
