The Opportunity: The Brechner Center for the Advancement of the First Amendment provides research, advocacy, resources and training on critical issues related to free speech and freedom of information. The Center is housed in the College of Journalism & Communications at the University of Florida, #5 ranked public university. We are seeking an Education/Training Specialist to focus on outreach. In this role, you will be educating students, the public, journalists, and government officials in access to government information. Looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a culturally diverse environment. Key duties:

Expected Salary: |
$60,000 - $70,000 annually |
Minimum Requirements: |
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and six years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. |
