Position Summary | This recruitment will be used to fill one Digital Media Assistant student position for University Housing & Dining Services at Oregon State University.
The University Housing & Dining Services Digital Media Assistant works directly with UHDS’ marketing and communications managers, the assistant director and director of marketing in order to update and create digital communications that highlight the department’s programs and services. This position will update UHDS websites, create content for digital communications and also support the production of videos and other digital projects. The digital media assistant position is a student position in the Marketing, Outreach and Communications unit. The marketing unit is a supportive creative team environment, where the digital media assistant will have the opportunity to participate in and contribute to marketing projects and campaigns for UHDS. This individual must be able to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and work creatively within OSU’s brand guidelines. Starting wage is $16.75 per hour. This position requires in-person attendance. |
Position Duties | To meet the objectives of the Marketing, Outreach and Communications unit, the responsibilities and duties of the digital media assistant position include, but are not limited to, the following: Website and digital screen updates
Video and digital production
Team collaboration and other duties
