Position Description:

The Center for Predictive Medicine (CPM) is seeking a Department Coordinator V to team with the business office on HSC Campus.  The Department Coordinator V will provide administrative and financial support services for members of the Center under the direction of the Director of CPM Business Unit Administration.  The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience with the essential duties and responsibilities with the ability to seek out information and solve problems. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and monitor requisitions, journal vouchers, and payment requests.
  • Compose meeting notes, administrative reports, annual reports, departmental forms, and documents.
  • Maintain CPM Outlook calendar and address book.
  • Request quotes for maintenance and service agreements.
  • Initiate and track PSCs, Department Agreements and Single and Sole Source Justification Forms.
  • Complete and monitor ProCard and account reconciliations.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Prepare Travel Expense Reports and act as proxy, make travel reservations, and review travel reimbursements.
  • Review and update Archibus space management system.
  • Coordinate and organize special events.
  • Develop and maintain business standard operating procedures.
  • Assist in training administrative staff.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Experience with BA, Onbase, PeopleSoft Financials, Archibus, and Power BI reports.

Knowledge of UofL purchasing policies and procedures.

Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
