Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:

First-line Customer Liaison 
Proactively address inquiries related to exam site registration, candidate enrollment, and test service deployment.
Engage with stakeholders via multiple channels including in-person, telephone, email, and virtual conferencing.
Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with clients and partners.
Record and maintain detailed interactions and resolutions using an internal ticketing system.
Serve as a mentor and trainer to new team members, sharing expertise and guiding on procedural best practices.
Exam Coordination and Preparation 
Coordinate credentialing exam scheduling with educational institutions, testing centers, and internal departments.
Facilitate the timely distribution of testing materials and resources, ensuring readiness for exam day.
Process registrations and orders, and assist in the inspection of exam kits.
Provide on-site support during testing events.
Technical Support Provision
Troubleshoot technical issues for exam sites and individual candidates, particularly those opting for computer-based testing.
Collaborate with IT resources to resolve internal technical challenges.
Install necessary software and applications, and assist with workstation setups.
Offer assistance with office equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
Additional Duties as Required
Perform miscellaneous office and administrative tasks as needed.
Support billing processes including invoicing and data entry.
Incumbent will use state vehicle to deliver and pick up checks from UF Campus.


Expected Salary:

$21.552/Hour

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent and one year of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associates degree and five years of customer service experience. Familiarity with learning management systems and proficiency in technology utilization are advantageous.
