- Must have Master’s in real estate or related field.
- Must have 8 years of experience in the field of hospitality real estate. The stated experience must include the following: (1) hospitality real estate acquisition; (2) market feasibility; (3) hotel property performance; (4) management on an international scale; (5) 1 year of teaching at the University/College level
