Brandeis Online is seeking an Assistant Director of Corporate and Workforce Partnerships to join our dynamic team. The Assistant Director of Partnerships will play a pivotal role in expanding and  nurturing relationships with current corporate partners while also identifying and fostering connections with potential new partners. This individual will serve as a liaison between Brandeis Online and corporate entities, ensuring mutual benefit and ongoing collaboration. Reporting to the Director of Enrollment and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Development (45%):

  • Identify potential new corporate partners aligned with Brandeis Online's mission and goals that will grow new student enrollments.

  • Foster relationships with potential partners through networking and outreach efforts. Attend industry conferences and events to explore partnership opportunities and represent Brandeis University.

  • Write new partnership proposals, contracts, and ensure timely contract renewals. Identify partners' needs and propose customized solutions and alternative revenue streams when applicable.

  • Develop and grow custom training and education opportunities. 

  • Closely work with admissions to meet enrollment goals. 

  • Develop and implement partnership recruitment strategies.

  • Reach quarterly and annual growth goals for new partner recruitment and enrollments. 

Relationship Management (20%):

  • Host meetings and maintain regular communication with current corporate partners to maintain and strengthen relationships.

  • Engage with partners through email correspondence and phone calls to provide updates and gather feedback.

  • Host webinars and information sessions to showcase Brandeis Online programs and explore opportunities for collaboration.

  • Coordinate and oversee attendee benefits fairs to enhance partner engagement and satisfaction.

Program Advisory Boards (15%):

  • Recruit industry experts and thought leaders to serve on program advisory boards. Maintain regular communication with advisory board members to gather insights and feedback on program development.

Events Organization (10%):

  • Plan and execute industry and career-focused events for students and prospective students.

  • Coordinate logistics, secure speakers, and ensure the events align with Brandeis Online's objectives.

Data Management (5%):

  • Maintain a corporate dashboard to track partner engagement, interactions, and key metrics.

  • Utilize internal CRM systems to manage partner information and generate reports for analysis.

Communications and collaboration (5%):

  • Draft and distribute newsletters and other relevant communications to partners, students, and stakeholders.

  • Ensure timely and informative communication to keep partners informed and engaged. Work closely with various departments within Brandeis, including marketing, the registrar, IT, and student services, to ensure seamless coordination in achieving admissions and enrollment goals.

  • Other duties as assigned. 

Education & Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • 3-5 years of experience in partnership development, account management, or business development, preferably in higher education or online learning.



Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Slate and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Willingness to travel for conferences and partner meetings.

  • Limited evening and weekend work related to event support required; limited travel possible.
