The Student Health Care Center (SHCC) at The University of Florida within the Department of Community Health and Family Medicine (CHFM) is seeking a Clinical Services Representative II to Schedule patient appointments and check in/check out at appropriate times. Answer phones, disseminate agency information, or direct to the correct individuals. Work with a varied population of students, medical providers, and other individuals to help them attain health care services. Ensure that accreditation standards are maintained. Protects confidentiality of the medical records and all patient information. Interacted with multiple University of Florida (UF) departments to clear students in various programs. With direction, work with the secretarial and nursing staff in clinic functions. Scheduling:

Work locations may differ from UF Vet Hospital and Student Health Care Center on Campus as needed. Overtime may be required based on workload requirements. Expected Salary: |
The salary range is between $18.50 to $19.35 per hour and is commensurate with skills and experience. Benefits:

Minimum Requirements: |
High school diploma or equivalent and two years of relevant office experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute an equivalent rate for the required experience. |
