The role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Space Planning Manager to join the University’s Campus Planning & Design team at a pivotal moment in the shaping of the future vision for the University Campus, to lead on masterplanning, quantitative and qualitative based data analysis, mapping and interactive planning.
What will you be doing?
You will support the Head of Campus Planning & Design in leading and motivating internal stakeholders to input into the development of a high-quality Campus Framework.
You will lead the space management function within the team that comprises Planning Managers, Data Analysts, CAD technicians, and Learning Facility Managers, and work collaboratively with end users, University Faculties, consultant specialists, and consultant teams across emergent work, projects and strategic planning.

You should apply if
You must have a passion for making a difference; huge enthusiasm for the function of space planning and excellent skill-sets in space and place shaping through collaborative working. A Degree (or equivalent) in Strategic Planning/Management; Project Management; Architecture; Space & Asset Management; Leadership or equivalent. Extensive demonstrable experience of strategic Masterplanning and large-scale capital project principles, delivery and methodology.
