Senior Digital Marketing Officer

We are looking to appoint a proactive, analytical, and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Officer to lead the digital presence of the Business School, effectively managing and developing social media channels, webpages, paid for digital marketing campaigns, SEO and email communications.

You’ll be managing a blend of in-house and agency-run digital campaigns, ensuring we exceed our objectives to drive student recruitment and enhance the research reputation of the school.

The candidate will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth and further development in support of objectives.

The role will include managing and developing the launched digital presence, spanning website and SEO strategy, social media, search, display and email communications. You’ll be managing a blend of in-house and agency-run digital campaigns, ensuring we exceed our objectives to drive student recruitment and enhance the research reputation of the school.

  • You have significant experience across all aspects of digital marketing including developing and managing high performing webpages in line with UX and SEO best practice.
  • You have a talent and enthusiasm for knowing how and when to present digital content. Working closely with our Digital Content Creators and Marketing Assistants, you will need to effectively plan, execute, and evaluate organic and paid multichannel advertising campaigns.
  • You have a demonstrable affinity with data and are experienced in tracking and analysing campaigns in depth using Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook/Instagram Insights and agency’s dashboard.
  • You have the skills and motivation to work quickly to respond to reactive opportunities as well as having strong organisational and project management skills. You will be working across teams on projects and will have a network of stakeholders to manage, requiring strong interpersonal skills and tact.
