About the role

The Faculty of Science is looking for a proactive and self-motivated Programmes Administrator to join our Taught Programmes Team in this part time (0.8FTE), permanent post. 

You will play a key role, working closely with other team members and academic staff to ensure the smooth and efficient administration and operation of our distance learning degree programmes within the Faculty.

The Faculty brings together 5 departments in Science and has an excellent reputation for teaching and research.

We are currently trialling a hybrid working model of both campus and home working which would mean a minimum 2 days a week on campus for this part time role and the rest of the time working from home if desired.

Previous experience

You will have previous experience of working in an administrative support role (preferably with experience of student administration) or equivalent experience working in a busy office in an administrative role. 

HE experience would be beneficial.
