About the Role
The Knowledge Exchange Office (KEO) is a newly formed team which brings together expertise in knowledge exchange and business engagement. The team are driving forward new initiatives to bring the expertise within Edge Hill University to the wider business community of our region. If you are looking for a new challenge within a proactive, creative and supportive team who priorities staff development and innovative ways of working, this role within Knowledge Exchange is for you.
This role includes working closely with colleagues in the KEO to build brand awareness and generate leads in key markets. The main duties and responsibilities include developing marketing plans and activity, developing the KE website through the creation/curation of fresh content, building a repository of case studies, news stories and opportunities for our clients and partners and developing a suite of marketing materials to support colleagues during client visits and events.

About You
An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of and shape the new Knowledge Exchange Office (KEO) at Edge Hill University. You will be an integral part of the core team that will deliver our knowledge exchange priorities with day-to-day responsibility for delivering marketing and communications activity including promotional events and exhibitions, digital media management and content creation.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience of Business marketing, digital marketing and with communications experience who are looking to apply their skills and knowledge to a new function for the university. The ideal candidate will be proactive, creative and collegiate, able to work independently with a drive to demonstrate success and best practice for the team, the university and the wider sector.
The ideal candidate will have experience of developing new initiatives, taking the lead in advising and supporting the team to reach new markets and in creating innovative and creative content to engage different audiences.
