Criteria:

  • Education level according to job requirements;
  • Experience/knowledge regarding the activity of coordination/management of some organizational structures (for vacant management positions);
  • Professional experience in the field of activity of the position, proven (if the vacant position requires);
  • Communication skills, capacity for analysis and synthesis;
  • Full exercise capacity;
  • Age limit regulated by legal provisions;
  • State of health corresponding to the position for which you are applying, attested based on the medical certificate issued by the family doctor or by the qualified medical units;
  • Employing persons placed under a judicial ban is prohibited
