Key responsibilities:
•    Use advanced data analysis & business intelligence techniques for improvement opportunities.
•    Lead senior-level business analysis initiatives, crafting innovative solutions for complex challenges.
•    Drive Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
•    Leverage Service Design expertise for improved user experience and satisfaction.
•    Collaborate with IT Services for cutting-edge process automation solutions.
•    Analyse business needs and processes, identifying alternative solutions and minimising waste.
•    Establish baseline performance metrics for measuring process changes' impact.
•    Investigate and analyse proposed process changes, seeking optimisation.

Skills and Experience/Kā Pūkeka me Kā Wheako

We’re seeking someone who has:
•    A strong grasp of Lean Six Sigma principles – a Green Belt certification is a bonus!
•    Understanding of Service Design principles.
•    Experience with Nintex Process Manager and Nintex Automation Cloud.
•    Proven success in driving process improvements and delivering results.
•    Excellent problem-solving skills required for this dynamic environment.

Our ideal candidate will have a tertiary level qualification in business analysis, project management, or related fields, recognised qualification(s) such as Lean Six Sigma, and demonstrated experience in a Business Analyst or similar role within a large, dynamic organisation

This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week), permanent position, located in Dunedin. 

Remuneration is negotiable for the right candidate.
