The role/Te mahi We're looking for a Programme Manager to take charge of a multi-year initiative driving organisational change. Reporting to the Head of Transformation and Improvement, you'll lead a team coordinating University-wide changes and ensuring the programme’s success. Your role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, crafting strategies, maintaining delivery plans, and monitoring progress. It's crucial to align with the University's vision, manage stakeholder expectations, prioritise tasks, and uphold effective communication throughout. Transformation and Improvement is made up of three distinct areas of expertise: Business Case Development: Strategic Programme Delivery Unit: Further details/Pūroko This is a full-time (37.5 hours), fixed term (2 year) position, located in Dunedin. We offer 5 weeks’ annual leave, a 6.75% superannuation scheme, and the ability to achieve real work/life balance. Base salary of up to $108,132. Total compensation subject to negotiable bonus.
