The role/Te mahi We have an opportunity for a proactive, organised and enthusiastic person to join the Lead Administrator team in the Dunedin School of Medicine. In this role you will lead staff, manage the provision of administration support, and be involved in strategic initiatives, process improvement and special projects. You will support a team of on-site Client Services Administrators and work closely with key academic staff. The role will require you to: Your skills and experience/Kā pūkeka me kā wheako The successful candidate will have: Experience in a tertiary education institution would be advantageous. You will be a highly organised self-starter, who enjoys problem solving and is excellent at building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, students, and colleagues. Your relationship building skills will be important, ensuring that you become the trusted point of contact for a range of students, staff, and visitors. Further details/Pūroko This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week), fixed term position for 12 months, located in Dunedin. Part-time hours may be negotiated with the ideal candidate. You must have the right to live and work in New Zealand to apply for this position. The appointment range for a Lead Administrator is $70,602 to $76,668. Top of Range $82,849.
