The role/Te mahi

We are seeking an outstanding and highly organised administrator to provide administrative supoort to the Director and Senior Management team of Divisional Services and Administration. 

Key tasks of this role include:
·      Provision of project support to include the following initiatives:
        o   Quality Improvement.
        o   Training and development.
        o   Induction and onboarding.
·      Data analysis.
·      Compiling reports and document development.
·      Assembling and summarising statistics and information.
·      Meeting support.

This is a busy role in a friendly team, where your relationship building skills will be key to your success.

Your skills and experience/Kā pūkeka me kā wheako

We are looking for candidates with:
·      Previous experience providing project support.
·      Previous experience interpreting data and report writing.
·      Previous experience in a busy administration environment.
·      The ability to build and maintain relationships.
·      Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programmes.
·      Excellent organisational and time management skills.
·      Accuracy and attention to detail.
·      The ability to work as part of a team and individually.
·      The ability to be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.

The Divisional Services and Administration team is a group of highly skilled professional staff responsible for delivering an outstanding student and staff experience through high quality, effective service delivery to all of the University’s internal and external customers.

This is a full time (37.5 hours), fixed term position (until 29 November 2024), located in Dunedin.
