Offer Description

The project focuses on the engineering and characterization of interface layers for hybrid perovskite-based solar cells. The study will focus on the development and characterization of surface passivators such as 2D perovskites with ad hoc engineered band gap and surface modifiers. The ultimate goal is to investigate the interface properties in order to guide the creation of highly efficient and stable perovskite solar cells. The work includes the optimization of the film deposition method using solar cell fabrication and characterization techniques. The project also focuses on the morphological characterization of the perovskite film based on the deposition technique (with XRD) and optoelectronic characterization (such as PL, PLQY and TAS).
