We’re located on XMU’s Zhangzhou campus, which boasts a park-like atmosphere, with mountains to the West, Amoy Bay and Xiamen to the North, and the South China Sea to the south. In addition, it is essential that you have experience leading the pedagogic development of academic staff, and possess in-depth knowledge of current professional, theoretical, and academic debates within the field of creative education pedagogy. Your ability to effectively communicate these concepts to various audiences and educational roles is crucial to success in this role.

Having a teaching qualification (PgCert,PgCAP,PGCE) is essential for this role and you will also be required to hold a minimum of D2 Fellowship from Advance HE (formerly FHEA).

This is an opportunity to contribute to the development of ICI by supporting the professional development of passionate educators. You will be working alongside a team of dedicated educators, researchers, and professionals committed to excellence in learning and teaching and will have opportunities to contribute to the wider educational community, shaping curriculum and innovation in the field of creative education.
