Offer Description
Analyzing airways, ducts, and blood vessels in imaging is crucial for diagnosis and surgical planning. Their elongated and intricate nature, with diameters ranging from several tens of voxels to voxel-level resolution, limits traditional deep-learning processing techniques. These structures exhibit tangled branching patterns, and their topological and spatial relationships are extremely complex, requiring specific methodologies. This research focuses on graph convolutional networks due to their ability to represent tubular structures, including spatial coherence and branching development.
