Offer Description
Analysis of productivity and remuneration trends in the engineering sector, in particular in metallurgy, in Bulgaria and in the EU, identification of gaps in the productivity and remuneration ratio, search for innovative solutions for personal performance of engineering workers in current and prospective projects of industry modernisation. Generalisation of the results of the analysis of the relevant segment of the labour market. The results identify opportunities for increasing operational efficiency in the engineering sector, in particular in metallurgy, based on the improvement of staff performance.

Skills/Qualifications
PhD or higher degree (if applicable) in economics and/or Master level in engineering. Experience in analytical work, especially in analyzing labour market, business and personal performance. Proficiency in Ukrainian (Fluent or C1 level); English (at a level not lower than B1) and Bulgarian languages (at a level not lower than A2). Experience in research work, preferably with publications on applied economics, business efficiency. Confident knowledge and experience with analytical tools and proficiency in the Microsoft ecosystem.

Eligibility criteria
Strict compliance with the educational and professional profile, especially in economics or engineering, with a preference for candidates with a PhD degree. Analytical work experience and strategy development in training and development in the metallurgical industry or other engineering fields. Published scientific work demonstrating contributions to applied economics, business efficiency, business analysis.
Selection process
The selection process will include evaluating submitted documents to confirm compliance with the competition requirements, detailed consideration of proposals and their alignment with the study's goals, and interviews with finalists to deepen understanding of their approaches and methodology. The final choice will be based on a comprehensive assessment of all presented materials, compliance with qualification criteria, and the proposal's potential to achieve the study's goals.

Individual specialists are invited to participate in the competition, ready to offer effective solutions and innovative approaches to the analysis and development of engineering stuff perfomance. Participants must demonstrate deep analytical skills and a creative approach to solving the tasks.
