POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for creating digital assets, carrying out campaigns, and supporting events for Wellbeing services.  Key tasks include developing inclusive and accessible digital media products, updating communications channels, and handling daily coordination with university stakeholders for Wellbeing events.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

Digital Asset Creation

  • In consultation with the Wellbeing team, create digital assets including copywriting and report writing, key visualisation, promotional materials for website, social media, SharePoint content, slides, and other event materials.
  • Ensure digital materials for each service are accessible, user-friendly, effective, and appealing as per Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (W3C).
  • Create and edit digital assets in various accessible formats, including photos, graphics, animation, videos, audio, and explore other emerging tech apps.
  • Liaise with other teams across the university such as Marketing, University Communications/Press Office, Events, Property, OHSS&S to follow branding guidelines and business procedures.
  • Provide text translation of digital content from English to Vietnamese.
  • Manage sensitive information and maintain privacy and confidentiality standards.

Campaign Coordination

  • Support Wellbeing managers in developing internal and external campaign materials.
  • Create and maintain campaign briefs for stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate the campaign execution to integrate into communications channels.
  • Coordinate with external vendors with materials sourcing and production.

Event support

  • Enable accessible event process and procedures for all internal and external campaigns.
  • Provide day-to-day event support for all Wellbeing services, at the direction of the Wellbeing Office Coordinator.
  • Manage bookings for facilities, schedule bookings for events, workshops and organise equipment and materials as needed.
  • Maintain a network of suppliers and provide quotations for event-related procurement.

ENGLISH PROFICIENCY REQUIREMENT

English is the language of teaching and communication at RMIT Vietnam. For this role, the minimum requirement is IELTS 6.0 (or equivalent, as outlined in the Recruitment, Selection and Onboarding Guidelines). 
For any role, English Language Proficiency may also be proven by showing successful completion of secondary education to a level qualifying to enter university study while being instructed through the medium of English, as per the RMIT University recognised qualification list.
