About This Opportunity 

The Student Experience & Engagement Officer oversees student engagement, marketing, and communication strategies to align with Student Affairs priorities and target audience needs.

Key responsibilities will include: 

  • Execute digital and print marketing strategies, ensuring content aligns with branding guidelines and established frameworks.

  • Contribute to the creation, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns, while providing regular updates and reports. Additionally, undertake analytics reporting on campaign performance.

  • Develop and distribute content across various channels including websites, social media, and newsletters. Also, manage social media channels, create content, and oversee community management.

  • Maintain relationships with client stakeholders across departments, assist with web-based updates, and provide support to enhance the customer journey.


About You  

Essential

  • Hold a relevant degree or equivalent experience; flexible to undertake manual tasks and work outdoors across campuses.

  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to engage with various stakeholders and willingness to support team members.

  • Possess strong written skills for media production and marketing campaigns, with an understanding of website management and ability to generate newsworthy content.

  • Exhibit strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks, along with proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe suites, website management systems, and rapid adaptation to specialist programs.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Indesign or graphic design experience.

You must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment and may be required to complete background checks including, criminal history and education checks.
