  • HEW 8 $109,837 - $125,755 + 17% Superannuation

As a Senior Integration Developer, you will:

  • Lead the solution analysis, design, development, support and governance of enterprise integrations. 
  • Provide direction in complex integration scenarios and contribute specialist skills and knowledge to the evaluation and assessment of the ideas, concepts and solutions generated, to help determine value and priority. 
  • Use accepted theory and practices to develop and deploy continuous improvement actions to ensure the implementation of continuous improvement strategies in own work area
  • Actively promote and drive inclusive change using broad influencing skills to gain support and overcome barriers and gain stakeholder support and generate enthusiasm about change
  • Develop a network of useful contacts within Deakin and integrate perspectives held within different areas of the University and puts plans in place to build collaboration and develop common goals
  • Actively engage and enable collaboration, consultation and partnership across teams with a diverse range of stakeholders to negotiate complexity and develop inclusive and accessible solutions that achieve strategic goals

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or
  • Extensive experience and management expertise; or
  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
  • Significant Integration experience and demonstrated expertise across multiple platforms, with a strong record of leading and completing projects.
  • Experience in an Agile delivery environment
  • Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform development and support. 
  • Significant experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) in large enterprise environment, working with and/or leading technical teams.
