About the Role  

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lecturer in Nursing to join the UniSA Clinical and Health Sciences team, based at our picturesque Mount Gambier Regional Centre.  

Utilising your contemporary professional and discipline-related knowledge in teaching and practice you will contribute to the delivery of teaching and associated administrative and scholarship activities within the Academic Unit’s undergraduate and/or postgraduate programs.  

UniSA’s Mount Gambier campus boasts state-of-the-art, specialist teaching facilities and modern, collaborative study spaces for education, health and social work students. The regional campus has been recognised for the excellent service it provides to regional students and businesses, receiving a 2019 Outstanding Business Award. Essential Skills and Experience  

  • Master’s degree qualification in a relevant health discipline 
  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia including a current practicing certificate as a Registered Nurse 
  • Demonstrated academic experience teaching students engaged in undergraduate and postgraduate nursing programs 
  • Demonstrated clinical experience/expertise and understanding of national policies and priorities in health and nursing practice
