Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a Coordinator, Learner Experience and Evaluation to join Learning and Teaching Unit, Education Portfolio, Academic Division

The Coordinator, Learner Experience and Evaluation contributes to the development and delivery of a reporting and evaluation framework to inform data driven decision making across all aspects of student support strategies and practices linked to the curriculum journey. The role has a key focus on the Student Voice Survey and surveys conducted through the Quality Indicators in Learning and Teaching suite.

What you need to succeed

  • Education, training and/or experience equivalent to the completion of relevant postgraduate qualifications, or progress towards postgraduate qualifications, together with extensive relevant experience in data analytics or statistics. 
  • Demonstrated ability to compile and manipulate complex data sets and apply quantitative and qualitative analysis to draw conclusions related to learner experience in a higher education context.
  • Demonstrated capacity to design and deliver streamlined evaluation frameworks and reporting relevant to stakeholder needs.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to provide clear advice and visualisations on complex issues to various audiences.
  • High level organisational skills, including a demonstrated capacity to establish work priorities, meet timelines and manage projects in a complex environment, operating both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage a small team and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
