• Remuneration: $130,901 to $148,369 pa (HEW8) (inclusive of $110,613 to $125,373 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading)

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a Coordinator, Learner Experience and Evaluation to join Learning and Teaching Unit, Education Portfolio, Academic Division

The Coordinator, Learner Experience and Evaluation contributes to the development and delivery of a reporting and evaluation framework to inform data driven decision making across all aspects of student support strategies and practices linked to the curriculum journey. The role has a key focus on the Student Voice Survey and surveys conducted through the Quality Indicators in Learning and Teaching suite.

What you need to succeed

Education, training and/or experience equivalent to the completion of relevant postgraduate qualifications, or progress towards postgraduate qualifications, together with extensive relevant experience in data analytics or statistics. 

Demonstrated ability to compile and manipulate complex data sets and apply quantitative and qualitative analysis to draw conclusions related to learner experience in a higher education context.

Demonstrated capacity to design and deliver streamlined evaluation frameworks and reporting relevant to stakeholder needs.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to provide clear advice and visualisations on complex issues to various audiences.

High level organisational skills, including a demonstrated capacity to establish work priorities, meet timelines and manage projects in a complex environment, operating both independently and as part of a cohesive team.

Highly developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage a small team and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
