Student Accommodation:

There is usually very high demand for on-campus accommodation, and Swinburne cannot guarantee that a place will be available for all students who apply. We strongly advise students to book in advanceto avoid disappointment.

On-campus accommodation is available at two of our campuses:

  • UniLodge @ Swinburne Place: These fully-furnished terraces, townhouses, studios, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments accommodate 371 students.
  • Swinburne Residential College incorporates 84 fully furnished rooms.
  • Swinburne Student Apartments have 156 rooms with two or three bedrooms in each apartment. The apartments are partly furnished and include: single bed, desk, chair, TV and entertainment unit, kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, electric kettle and microwave oven.

Careers and Employment's purpose is to foster the educational and vocational goals to the Swinburne community. The Unit is committed to contributing to the employability of its graduates.

This is done by assisting the development of skills and experience currently required by employers through the provision of information, formal workshops and lectures, career counselling and experiential learning programs.
