The Department of Internal Medicine Office of Education is looking for a self-motivated, detail driven student to join our fast-paced team. This student will work closely with the residency program and clerkship program managers and coordinators to ensure our courses and projects run smoothly and efficiently. The student may also assist with a variety of office projects related to medical education. 
Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
*Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF.
*One year of general office experience, or equivalency; demonstrates effective communication skills, committed to providing excellence in all work assigned, and maintains professional appearance and demeanor.
1. Assist with preparation of new course sections, including tracking enrollment, preparing photo rosters and updating resources and materials. 
2. Assist with administration of ongoing courses. Using online scheduling and evaluation systems, set up and track evaluation assignments, monitor compliance and send reminders to ensure ongoing deadlines are met. Make updates as needed throughout each rotation.
3. Monitor student assignment submission in Canvas.   
4. Maintain electronic trainee records. 
5. Must maintain trainee record confidentiality.
6. Receive, sorts and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
7. Other office duties as assigned.
