The Professional MBA program of the David Eccles School of Business is seeking a program assistant to help with program-related tasks.
The ideal candidate is an outgoing, friendly individual who is detail oriented, organized and has a positive attitude. Must feel comfortable networking with students during admissions events as well as student events and classes. Should be comfortable making phones calls in the office from prospective and current students and helping direct their calls.
High School diploma or equivalency required. Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills. Ability to work in high stress situations and without supervision. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Physical Requirements and Level of Frequency that may be required
Nearly Continuously: Sitting, hearing, listening, talking.
Often: Repetitive hand motion (such as typing), walking.
Seldom: Bending, reaching overhead, Lifting – up to 50 pounds.
