Only incoming or returning undergraduate School of Art students are eligible to apply. Students graduating from ASU this academic year should not apply. Please note that the funds will be split equally between the fall and spring semesters, unless you are graduating in Fall 2024, in which case the funds will be fully awarded for the fall semester.
Donor preferences:
This scholarship application represents a pool of individual School of Art awards for which all applicants are considered. Please note that some of these individual awards are need-based; you will be eligible for these need-based awards only if you submit a FAFSA. However, FAFSA submission is NOT required to apply for this scholarship overall.

Application information
This scholarship requires two application submissions. To be considered, ALL applicants MUST complete an application in the ASU Scholarship Portal and in Slideroom. Find the link to the Slideroom application here: https://linktr.ee/asu_schoolofart .
Required submission materials for the Slideroom application are listed below by programs.
BFA in Art and BA in Art Studies:
• Resume
• Required supplemental materials: 10–15 images or 3 1-minute samples of time–based work (video, sound or web)
BA in Art History and BA in Museum Studies:
• Resume
• Required supplemental materials: Art History research paper
BA in Art Education:
• Resume
• Required supplemental materials: 10–15 images or 3 1-minute samples of time–based work (video, sound or web)
• Optional supplemental materials: You may also submit 1 research paper in addition to your digital portfolio of work
BA in Fashion:
• Resume
• Required supplemental materials: 10–15 images and/or 1 Fashion research paper
Notification:
You will be notified by email of the School of Art scholarship committee's decision between April 15–May 15. Scholarship funds are awarded for the upcoming academic year unless stated otherwise.
