Description   University of California All Campus Consortium on Research for Diversity (UC/ACCORD) offers 11 dissertation fellowships for UC researchers of college for 1 year. Fellowships are for research that will support dissertation completion and inform Californians' about efforts to replace prevailing patterns of schooling inequality and disparities in access to higher education with equitable conditions and outcomes for children from all sectors of the state. 
Award Amount   Award of $20,000.  
Disciplines   Humanities. Social Sciences. School of Education and Information Studies.  
Academic Level   Working on Doctoral Dissertation.  
Citizenship   No citizenship requirements.  
Requirements   Open to University of California (UC) students. Must be in their final year of dissertation. Can be from any field, as long as their research is consistent with UC/ACCORD's goal of making college a possibility for all California students, and increasing diversity within its institutions of higher education. Proposed project description. Methods. CV. 2 letters of recommendation; 1 from student’s dissertation advisor and 1 from any faculty familiar with student’s work. Outline and timeline of dissertation completion.
