| Position Purpose | Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES: Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures. Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner. Answer phone. • Demonstrates responsible attendance and punctuality. • Ensure all students follow all safety regulations. • Attends all meetings if requested. REQUIREMENTS: • Possess the ability to follow directions and plans. • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Must possess professional interpersonal skills to interact with Faculty, Staff and Students. • Strong working computer and mobile devices knowledge • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Ability to plan and organize a team effort • Must be accurate, detail orientated – with the ability to operate well under pressure • Proficiency with use of all equipment. • Ability to multi-task and stay focused on critical objectives. “Theatre or Musical Theatre major preferred” |
