| Position Purpose | Job skills include, but are not limited to: •Deliver quality customer service •Attention to detail •Effectively follow verbal and written instructions •Work efficiently with minimal supervision •Accurate & efficient data entry with proficiency in 10-key skills •Organize and stock merchandise and or course materials •Accurate alphabetizing skills •May be required to create in-store merchandise displays •Assist in product inventory cycle counts •Bending, stooping and lifting up to 40 lbs •Efficiently work in a fast-paced, sometimes crowded environment •Willingness to be cross-trained in other areas of bookstore operations •General housekeeping •Assist in other areas as assigned •Work shifts may vary between 7 am and 7 pm •Some evenings and weekends will be required, particularly for special events |
