Job Summary
Answering phone, greeting visitors, general office duties including but not limited to: posting notices of cancelled classes/room changes, making copies for instructors, keeping track of syllabi, assisting administrative assistant and advisor as needed.
Education
Prefer Communication major, current student, sophomore level or higher
Experience
Prior PNW student worker experience preferred, but not required. Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience, 1+ years preferred. Basic knowledge of advising/department protocols.
Note: Must provide three campus references from either prior campus student work, or from a previous instructor
