Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Assistant Registrar, this position serves as the primary contact for processing official transcripts requests, enrollment and degree verification requests and reporting. This positon may serve as the first point of contact for students, campus community and visitors needing Academic Records assistance and is responsible for responding to student inquiries on a daily basis. Requires knowledge of a variety of programs/software to maintain student records including PeopleSoft (PS). This position requires extensive interaction with the public, faculty and staff; current and past students, and visitors.

Basic office skills required word processing, filing, document scanning and answering telephones. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
