Are you a Viking? Cleveland State University is searching for a courageous and innovative individual to add value to our Law Academic Affairs Division.

The Student Records Admin will manage the administration and provision of student records operations, student handbook maintenance, exam administration, and review preparation of annual reports and survey responses, and serving as administrative liaison to a variety of committees. Provides complex administrative leadership and assistance in the areas of program/project planning, research development and analysis and special project support. Ensures compliance with relevant Federal and State laws and regulations, and University policies and procedures. Works with students and faculty on course, exam and academic regulations issues. Supervises assigned staff. Interacts professionally with all internal and external customers using strong interpersonal skills.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree. Five years administrative experience which includes knowledge of academic processes and FERPA. Ability to provide administrative leadership in policy review, revision and compliance protocols. Knowledge of local state, and federal laws and regulations related to enrollment management services. Proven planning and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, dynamic, multifaceted environment. Survey and data management experience. Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with a diverse student, faculty and staff population. PC proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet and database software.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge and understanding of higher education laws, regulations, policies, procedures and standards.
