Shift
Variable depending on department needs and schedule. Office hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Hours may be available during the summer and other breaks. Working hours may range from 4 to 20 per week.
Job Summary
Greet all incoming guests, sign students in for appointments or help them make appointments via Handshake, sort mail, learn new technology when necessary, direct traffic, help route questions to appropriate staff, trouble-shoot, answer emails and phone calls, more duties as assigned. This position will assist our Stuckert Career Center team at special events, tabling and outreach efforts as needed.
