|Required Related Experience||
Sitting/standing for extended periods of time, walking to various office, occasionally lifting boxes/items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Daytime – Monday through Friday 15-20 hours per week.
Student will be assigned to the Physics Department in the College of Arts and Sciences under the supervision of a Department Manager. Job duties include filing, answering telephone, copying, mail pickup and drop off, inventory and refill office supplies, scanning, and data entry. Additional tasks will be assigned depending on the specific needs of the department.
|Skills / Knowledge / Abilities||
Customer service skills and a general knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) are preferred.
