| Position Summary | Accepting applications for Student Language Tutor hiring pool for the Bobby Verdugo y Yoli Ríos Bilingual Peer Mentor and Tutoring Center. Positions include tutoring language students in, but not limited to, French, German, Japanese, and/or Spanish classes as needed. This is a Student Employee position for 3 to 10 hours per week and may start at $7.50 per hour. This position will require you to work with 101 and 102 level students reviewing target language and cultural lessons. May also include support time assisting faculty and staff in a clerical capacity. Computer knowledge is helpful as well as familiarity with office equipment. Availability for a variety of shifts, as fits with your schedule. Review of candidates will occur as needed and continue until position is filled, upon availability. |

| Minimum Qualifications | Appropriate proficiency in oral and written English and target language required. Must be enrolled in upper-division language studies classes or appropriate equivalency as well as being enrolled as a student at EKU.
