Student assistants with Development/Sooner Club are responsible in many facets of the day to day operations of the office and the Sooner Club. Student workers’ roles include, but are not limited to, answering the mainlines for the Sooner Club and answering donors’ questions in regards to tickets, donations, parking, and various processes. A student assistant with the Sooner Club is expected to handle donor information with care and discretion at all times. . Student assistants are called upon to assist with special projects within the Sooner Club and the athletic department.  Providing many opportunities to be involved with different projects and operations allows us to better prepare future leaders in the industry of college athletics in a way that represents the University of Oklahoma in a positive way. Working in an environment that is competitive yet inclusive, we intend to contribute to the process of molding professionals, ready for their next step post-graduation.  A Development student assistant with the University of Oklahoma Athletic Department is someone who is willing to work hard, maintain strong professional and ethical characteristics, and someone who is passionate about college athletics and the University of Oklahoma.

Required Education: Must be currently enrolled as a student at the University of Oklahoma. Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.
