Job Description

This position will serve as an Administrative Office Assistant for the Electro-Optical Systems Lab (EOSL) Director's Office. Job duties may include filing, running errands, event setup, assembling and moving light furniture and boxes, and organizing supplies and common areas. Other duties as needed.


Required Minimum Qualifications
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree 
  • Must be registered for at least 6 credit hours with your university
  • 2.0 or higher cumulative GPA

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Hours per Week

10–20 hours per week
