KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • High level of detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Customer service experience
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize MS Office Suite
  • Professional cash handling experience, including balancing a till, is preferred

REQUIRED EDUCATION OR TRAINING:

  • High school diploma
  • Some college-level accounting courses are preferred

This position is located on the UAA Anchorage campus - remote work is unavailable for this position.

This position will be required to work up to 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM.
